Robert - I'm happy to share the snow pictures with you. After all, being in Hawaii with no snow must be really, really difficult!! LOL! I'm glad you enjoyed them. I love the snow as we have here in NM because you rarely have long periods without sun following. Nice snow without the lengthy gloom of the Midwest. Life is very good!

Is it just me or is the snow whiter where you are? It's so beautiful. I can see why you decided to stay in that area.
Caroline, I'm not sure, but I suspect it is whiter. It may have to do with the lack of pollutants in the air. Even now, it has been on the ground for a couple weeks, but it is still mostly white. You won't believe the air here. It is so clean.
